Nestled in the picturesque hills of Northwest Austin, the Renaissance Austin Hotel is the cornerstone of the Arboretum, a 95-acre park development consisting of more than 80 boutiques and shops, restaurants, walking and jogging paths, and a movie theatre. Though the contracted rate for the conference is $85 per night, the government per diem rate for Austin is $78. When you checkout of the hotel, your lodging bill will be adjusted to reflect the $78 per night government per diem rate.

Parking is available free of charge for more than 600 cars.
Valet parking is also offered at a daily rate.
The guest room internet package at the Renaissance is $9.95 per day and includes unlimited online time and local calls. All public areas and meeting rooms are set up for wireless access, which is free for laptops with that capability.
The Renaissance Austin Hotel offers both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a health club, whirlpool, and dry sauna.
Golf and tennis access to area country clubs is available and within 10 minutes of the hotel. Shopping is steps away from the hotel throughout the Arboretum.
